Group sessions

Aus Mil Fitness runs a number of group fitness sessions in local parks around the Brisbane CBD.

These sessions are for adults of all fitness levels. Whether you’re a beginner or a marathon runner our classes have no limits and will cater to the team at each session.

Every session will be different, to ensure you stay challenged and motivated. A 1-hour session could include:

  • Circuits
  • Resistance training
  • High-intensity interval training
  • Tabata
  • Teamwork

With no walls to keep you contained and the fresh air fueling your drive, you will have fun and feel exhilarated (and also, probably exhausted).

There will be a variety of exercises in our classes but we will focus on form to ensure your workout is effective and efficient. You can expect a range of movements within a class and we may use a combination of bodyweight and fitness equipment.
