Welcome to Aus Mil Fitness

Operating in and around the great outdoors of Brisbane city, our fitness classes cater for everybody.

We bring you fun, functional and confidence-inspiring, outdoor group exercise sessions that are run by ex-military fitness professionals.

Offering you more than just a ‘Bootcamp’ class;  Aus Mil Fitness classes encompass a combination of teamwork, strength, endurance and stamina training.

We vary the format class by class, depending on the goals of the individuals in our group.  In doing so we incorporate bodyweight exercises and use fitness equipment.

Group fitness is a fantastic way to meet people, get involved with the wider community and of course, get fit!

We run group fitness sessions in local parks around Brisbane as well as corporate classes around your teams’ work schedule. You can also talk to us about a personal training program tailored to your day-to-day.

AMF is the one! I have been to numerous gyms for years and only really enjoyed the classes as I struggle with personal motivation. He knows how to get the best out of a group and we all progress together. Our group is very lucky to have him and we always look forward to our twice a week AMF training.
